From December 3<sup>rd<\/sup> to 4<sup>th<\/sup> 2019, leading international suppliers from the Fabrics and Additionals segments presented around 360 refined collections for Spring.Summer 2021. All major German brands as well as numerous brands and designers from neighbouring countries were represented in Munich.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Among these were well-known brands: <\/strong>ALBERTO | ATELIER GARDEUR | BALDESSARINI | BOGNER | BRAX | BUGATTI | CINQUE | COMMA | ESCADA | ETIENNE AIGNER | HALLHUBER | HESS NATUR | HUGO BOSS | JOOP | LAGERFELD | LAUR\u00c8L | LODENFREY | LUISA CERANO | MAC | MARC CAIN | MARC O\u2019POLO | OUI | PEEK &amp; CLOPPENBURG | S.OLIVER | SCHUMACHER | SEIDENSTICKER | SET | STRENESSE | WESTWING<\/p>\n<p>The overwhelming acceptance by high-quality visitors is once again a clear indication of this exclusive event with its very special flair.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image media=&#8221;61325&#8243; media_width_percent=&#8221;100&#8243;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image media=&#8221;61317&#8243; media_width_percent=&#8221;100&#8243;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image media=&#8221;61341&#8243; media_width_percent=&#8221;100&#8243;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/1&#8243;][vc_column_text]Overall, the atmosphere at VIEW was efficient and positive, despite the challenging tasks in many areas of the industry. These were discussed in a committed and solution-oriented manner during intensive discussions. The very complex subject of sustainability and transparency in the production and logistics processes, the partly decreasing margins for the fabric manufacturers, the currently threatening or completed company insolvencies within the ready-made clothing sector were just some of the topics discussed.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u2019With great encouragement from the exhibitors and the continuously developing visitor frequency, especially on a heavily visited second day of the fair, the VIEW event as an early Fabric Trade Fair is the ideal preparation for the MUNICH FABRIC START in February. Despite the overlapping dates initiated by Milano Unica, we are convinced after discussions with exhibitors and visitors that we can expect three successful trade fair days in Munich with the usual strong international portfolio.\u2019<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Sebastian Klinder, Managing Director Munich Fabric Start<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The need for early direction and information is great. All of our divisions were on site for the entire two days of the fair. We have already gained very good insights into the upcoming colour directions. Also with regards to the spectrum of innovative qualities. There have been very nice developments in the linen sector, for example in combination with Tencel.\u2018<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Susanne Schwenger, Marc O\u2019Polo <\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Manuel H\u00f6chel, Lanificio Fratelli Balli, also classifies VIEW as the ideal forum for the conceptual vote.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u2018For us, VIEW is the perfect trade fair for planning discussions to explore what our partners are pursuing in order to offer them a timely and appropriate offer. Our customers love this fair. Here, they have the opportunity to work in a relaxed manner, to inform themselves and then proceed accordingly at MUNICH FABRIC START. At the moment, we are already presenting up to 80 percent of the new collection. In the weeks after Christmas we will add an additional Capsule collection. There is great interest in sustainable articles. We will be developing further qualities for this in time for the main trade fair.\u2018<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Sonja Kiefer, designer from Munich,<\/strong> also used VIEW as the location for a TV programme and was equally impressed by the broad and fashionably sophisticated offer for the new summer season.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u2018The VIEW event is the perfect source of inspiration for my next collection. I am particularly enthusiastic about the new developments shown here. The high quality and fashion competency of the fabrics here fit perfectly into the genre of my rather classic evening wear.
