Dabei stellt die Digitalisierung von Stoffen in der Vorstufe der Bekleidungsindustrie bislang noch eine große Herausforderung dar.</p>
<p>Einer der wesentlichen Bausteine innerhalb dieser technischen Umwälzungen wird die Digitalisierung von Stoffen und Zutaten sein. Digitale Materialparameter wie Elastizität, Flexibilität, Spannung, Biegesteifigkeit müssen für den realistischen Fall von Textilien in der Produkt-Simulation ermittelt werden. Zu diesen physikalischen Messungen müssen Oberflächen, Farben und Texturen erfasst werden und technologisch darstellbar miteinander vereint werden.</p>
<p>Wie dieser Analyseprozess in der Praxis aussehen kann, und wie grundlegend diese neue Errungenschaft die Produktionsprozesse verändert und beschleunigt, demonstriert ein erstmals im KEYHOUSE installiertes DIGITAL FABRIC LAB.</p>

<h4># PHYSICAL FABRIC MEASUREMENT</h4>
<p>Die Genauigkeit und Aussagefähigkeit der virtuellen Passformsimulation hängt einerseits von genauen textilphysikalischen Parametern für eine korrekte Beschreibung des textilen Materials und deren Transformation in entsprechende Parameter des in der Simulation verwendeten Materialmodells und andererseits von exakten Berechnungsmodellen ab. Zur Beschreibung des Materialverhaltens werden u.a. das Flächengewicht, die Materialdicke, die Biegesteifigkeit, das zugelastische Verhalten sowie das Drapierverhalten der textilen Flächen bestimmt und entsprechend aufbereitet. Damit wird es dem Anwender möglich, Design- und Passformentscheidungen sowohl für körpernahe Produkte als auch für körperferne Produkte auf rein virtueller Basis zu treffen.</p>

<p>Die multispektrale Technologie von caddon bietet in einem schnell zu erfassenden und zu kommunizierenden Bild-Datensatz sowohl die visuell orientierte emotionale Farbwirkung der Colors eines Dessins als auch dessen spektrale Messdaten Pixel für Pixel und setzt damit den entscheidenden Unterschied zu der spektralen Einzelfarbmessung.</p>
<p>Mit der Farbdigitalisierung von caddon stehen die echten Farbwerte immer dort zur Verfügung, wo sie benötigt werden:</p>

<h4># FABRIC SCAN PROCESS</h4>
<p>Die visuellen Eigenschaften eines Materialmusters max. A4 werden mit Hilfe des xTex Scanners innerhalb von 1-2 Minuten aufgenommen. Im Anschluss wird das digitalisierte Material nahtlos mit Hilfe der xTex Software kachelbar gemacht (ca. 5 Minuten). Kachelbar bedeutet, dass es nahtlos wiederholbar ist, und in einer 3D Anwendung auf größere Flächen appliziert werden kann, als eigentlich aufgenommen wurden. Gegebenenfalls können wir dann im nächsten Schritt die vorher von Caddon exportieren Farbdaten verwenden, um das Material mit Hilfe unserer xTex Software ein-oder umzufärben, für eine korrektere Farbdarstellung.Anschließend kann das fertige digitale Material z.b. weiter in Vidya verwendet werden.</p>

Im KEYHOUSE visualisieren wir exemplarisch den Prozess der Farb-Evaluierung, fassen die Ergebnisse der vier Stationen zusammen und werten diese aus. Die digitale Farbabstimmung zwischen Hersteller und Auftraggeber beschleunigt den Beschaffungsprozess signifikant, spart Kosten und senkt durch Vermeidung unnötiger Transporte auch den CO2-Fußabdruck &#8211; Green Sourcing!</p>
