Although MUNICH FABRIC START and BLUEZONE in the end of January can’t be realised anymore, we want to give our beloved exhibitors and long-term partners the chance to present their collections for Spring.Summer 23 online. We are going to present some of the most inspiring developments, prints and innovations in all our areas: FABRICS, ADDITIONALS, BLUEZONE, DESIGN STUDIOS, SOURCING & KEYHOUSE.

For Spring.Summer 23, SOURCING attaches particular importance to two collection details: Optimistic, vibrant colours and the use of the latest techniques.


Top Trends Lda

The Spring.Summer 23 collection of Top Trends Lda is filled with joy, optimism, stability and balance. With a variety of fabric developments produced in an ecologically and socially responsible manner, the new season shows a sense of wellbeing combined with a bright and revigorating colour palette. The materials come in a range of sustainable fabrics such as tencel, organic cotton, modal and viscose with natural dye finishings.

Union 3 Fashion

The upcoming Spring.Summer 23 collection of Union 3 Fashion focuses on creating elegant and sportive womenswear designs, using vibrant colours and a contemporary flow of mixed prints. New textures and knitted jacquards of sustainable fibres are a crucial part of the collection. In addition, new digital textile printing and plissé machines have given the opportunity to respond to the increasing demands of these techniques.

A-Tex’ latest collection is a pledge to conscious solutions for fashion brands. To facilitate recycling, the company which is part of Trimco Group has focused on single-material choices rather than material blends, multiple-use innovative packaging and minimisation of material waste. Split into Contemporary, Sport, Formal and Denim, the “SWAY” collection merges bold colours and fonts with cutting-edge materials, high design impact and low carbon footprint.

For Spring.Summer 23, the focus is on labels and trims with a more biobased input. Nilorn introduces textile labels in TencelTM, organic cotton and linen and embroidered badges in viscose. There is also a high potential in the area of vegan leather alternatives – which is why Nilorn shows different options like cork with a fully biobased backing, Piñatex® apple-leather or FSC jacron.

The Spring.Summer 23 collection is a response to global trends that herald a period of respite after the pandemic. The priority is sustainable development and respect for nature, hence the emphasis on natural and upcycling materials, from which buttons, press studs, stoppers, buckles and other environmentally friendly clothing accessories for women’s and men’s fashion were made.
