In a fast-moving industry where collections shift quickly and consumers expect more than just a product, every detail matters. From in-store concepts to trims and packaging, it’s when every touchpoint aligns that a brand truly comes to life. STUDIO 9 calls it: Branding in every detail.
At Munich Fabric Start this September, STUDIO 9 will unveil its AW26-27 trim collection, QUARTER, alongside a new packaging line at Hall 1 / C10. Both collections combine bold creativity with technical precision — offering innovative ideas in materials, finishes and functionality.

The Power of Trims
Buttons, labels, hangtags and badges might seem small — but they carry something far bigger: identity. These elements are no longer an afterthought; they are strategic tools for storytelling and brand recognition. When a garment feels elevated, it’s often thanks to trims that reinforce the brand’s DNA.
Trims are the first things customers see, touch, and often keep. From quiet elegance to bold statements, they shape how a product is perceived and remembered.

QUARTER: A trim collection that pushes boundaries
QUARTER is STUDIO 9’s latest trim collection, defined by tactility, technique and thoughtful design. Rather than seasonal expression, the collection focuses on lasting impact — merging trends with function, and minimal aesthetics with material depth.
Across eight unique series, QUARTER presents a wide range of trims: from clean-cut labels, deep-dyed jacron badges and sculpted TPU pullers designed to both today’s needs and tomorrow’s opportunities.
This collection also introduces a first: a polyester button with integrated NFC technology — a discreet yet powerful feature that allows the product to carry digital information. It’s designed for use with Digital Product Passports and opens up new ways to share origin, impact and product care information with customers.
The Digital Product Passport
STUDIO 9’s work with NFC is part of a broader digital transformation. As the EU’s Ecodesign Regulation rolls out, Digital Product Passports (DPPs) will become mandatory for many textile products. But for STUDIO 9, it’s more than regulation – it’s an opportunity to connect product, data and identity.
Their new DPP platform makes it easy to collect and share key product information – from fibre origin to recyclability – through a QR code integrated into the trim.
Designed with real-world operations in mind, the solution supports smarter sourcing, better product development and stronger value chain collaboration.
“Where many solutions are developed from a systems-first perspective, we’ve focused on bridging regulations with real-world operations,” says Rasmus Ravnholt, Sales Director.
